Thou hast beset me behind and before, and laid thine hand upon me.
Such knowledge is too wonderful for me; it is high, I cannot attain unto it.
Psalm 139:5-6a

The Lord spoke to me reminding me of these verses the other day. To beset means to fortify or protect. He told me I am continually under His protection. He has His hand laid upon me. He has me covered being and before. All the way around!

Psalm 46:1 says God is our reruns and strength, a very present help in trouble.

This give my heart and mind such a peace and joy to know my God is continually with me, watching over me, with His care and protection. His is not a distant God who is far removed from us. He is our very present help in our times of trouble. The Lord is here for us each and everyday! He wants us to cry out to Him for His help when we feel overwhelmed.

He told us in Hebrews 13:5b, I will never leave you or forsake you! I pray you will know, God is always there for you desiring to help you and protect you each and everyday! Like the Psalmist, let us proclaim: such knowledge is too wonderful for me!
