Easy & Healthy Soup
Ingredients:
- Minced Garlic
- 1lb of ground beef or turkey
- 3-4 diced plum tomatoes or 1-14.5oz can diced tomatoes
- Frozen bad of Mirepoix (carrots & peas)
- 1 can of cannelloni beans
- 1/2 bag of frozen kale or spinach
- Chicken broth
- Optional: your choice of pasta or rice
Saute garlic & ground beef or turkey until cooked thru. Add tomatoes, veggies & beans and bring to a boil. Add chicken broth to your liking. Your choice of pasta or rice can be added to soup also.
