Married Couples Fellowship

Our Married Couples Fellowship is led by Pastor Larry Wise and his wife MaryKay. This group meets every 3rd Saturday at 6:00pm,  right here at church in the EnGedi Cafe! It is open to all married and engaged couples. Our desire is to build up marriages on a strong foundation in Jesus Christ, looking at what the Bible says about marriage, and the way God has intended it to be. The group is based around a time of fellowship, a study in the Word of God, and interaction with other couples that desire a fruitful relationship with their spouse.

We also offer marital counseling for those that are in need. You will be set up with one of our marriage ministry counselors. They will point you to Jesus and His design for marriage. Having a relationship with the Lord will allow your heart to be flexible to the direction of God, in order to mend any broken pieces in your relationship. Jesus must be first in our marriages. He is the glue that will fix and keep us whole.  " a threefold chord is not easily broken" Ecclesiastes 4:12

For those that are engaged and wanting to get married here, we require "premarital counseling" provided by the church. You will be set up with a married couple from the fellowship, someone that our pastors have observed and see as having a Godly marriage. They will take you through a 6-8 session program, hitting on different essential topics such as love for God, love for each other, the order of the home - God's way, finance and managing money, intimacy, etc. Again, our goal here at CC Westside is to have marriages built on a strong foundation that will stand the test of time.
